Horrible food, overpriced, lot of pretense. Service is good but overall experience is very bad. Waste of time, taste buds and money.
Cafeteria food & Bad Service. This restaurant is severely understaffed. Although we had a reservation, we waited 45 minutes for a seat and then another 20 minutes to talk to the waitress, who was rude and apathetic. The hostess was rude too.The food was subpar, especially for a French restaurant. One of the plates was not prepared as ordered, and the waitress was not apologetic. The atmosphere was also undesirable because the restaurant was crammed and stuffy. We will never return to this French Denny’s.
Really good French food, escargot was amazing as well as the boeuf wellington. Not a huge fan of the odd dutch atmosphere but it’s great food and very cute
Are you kidding?. This is a restaurant stuck in time…the 70’s. It’s been that long since they changed their menu. Heavy cream sauces abound. It’s the kind of place that is popular with prom goers…you get the picture.

La Gare serves wonderful, local food. The menu is consistent and the Chef specials worth the visit to La Gare. The Chef is hot too!
