Beautiful, delicious wedding cake!. We had an outdoor wedding ceremony at a park overlooking the beach and then a dinner reception at a restaurant. Because of our San Diego/beach-y theme, we designed a cake with Melina that featured sugar corals and seahorses on the top and chocolate covered strawberries decorating the space between the two layers (we had spacers rather than stacking them).Everything turned out beautifully! It was a unique, gorgeous cake that also tasted really good! We had two layers of white cake with a lemon filling on the top and a raspberry filling on the bottom.I really like their cakes because, since Carl is European, it’s not super sweet like American cakes. This suited the tastes of my family really well since many of them are from Vietnam and find American desserts to be far too sweet.The delivery to the restaurant where the reception was was prompt, and the cake arrived in perfect condition!
