Worst Customer Service!!!. My boyfriend and I live in Sebastopol, and Mombos is usually our go-to pizza place. One night we decided to try Buddies on a whim, since its literally right around the corner from our house. We called in our order for delivery, and they told us it would be there in about 40 minutes. A full hour went by, and no sign of pizza. Assuming they were having trouble finding our house, we decided to call. The guy on the phone was rude, abrupt and completely unapologetic. He said the pizza was in the oven, and should be arriving in 15 minutes. He hung up without even saying goodbye. Again, we waited… Another 45 minutes went by. It had now been 1 hour and 45 minutes since we ordered our pizza! Just when we were about to call again, the pizza showed up. The delivery guy didnt have parmesan, and he didnt apologize either for being over AN HOUR LATE. The pizza itself was okay, but nothing special. We called later to complain about how long it took, and about the rudeness we experienced, and the manager on the phone didnt seem to care at all. He didnt even apologize after we told him it was our first time ordering from Buddies, and that wed never order from them again. This business obviously does not care about its customers. This is one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Stick with Mombos or Round Table!
