Mimi’s was the reason why we stopped at Sebastopol on our last road trip. After reading some phenomenal reviews about this place we had to try it out and it was absolutely worth it.I absolutely loved the how they had done up the place – so vibrant and colorful!Now coming to the most important part, their ice creams. I tried a few flavors before settling down for MAKER’S MARK & COOKIE BREAK. Both the flavors were exceptional and so fresh but the whiskey flavored ice cream definitely was a winner for me. The fact that it was unique and it wasn’t bitter at all.I am definitely going to be stopping at Mimi’s every time I’m passing by Sebastopol.
