Awesome huevos rancheros! My buddy and I just had breakfast at Viva Mexicana. The service was on the slow side, however, that is because the proprietress, Evelyn, was a one woman show, doing all the work by herself. She had a big smile on her face, was extremely pleasant and gracious, and in the end the food was well worth waiting for!
