Very unhappy. We called ahead for a specific type of chicken. The hostest claimed they had it and it made it past 2 waiters to the kitchen. After 35 minutes we had hungry kids waiting on food and the kitchen tells us they no longer make it. When we asked for the manager, he did comp some items, but he also was rude defensive and blamed us. Saying we had a long day and drive. Suggesting we were just being grumpy…despite our food being very very late and NOT EVEN BEING ON THE MENU. Will not be returning due to horrible customer service at manager level.
Loved the happy hour, loved the meat and being able to BBQ it myself to my own taste. I don’t usually care about service but it’s worth noting that our waiter was extremely friendly. Will definitely be going back instagram.com
First experience here – fun and interactive dining! Food was excellent, our waitress Saleah was informative, friendly, and offered great menu recommendations. Delicious!
Great value. We went to Gyu-Kaku during happy hour but I wasn’t that hungry so just ordered a garlic shrimp bibimbap which was absolutely fantastic and great value for money, even though it wasn’t part of the happy hour deal. For those with a bigger appetite, you can eat a lot here for very little! I’ll definitely go back.
Love this place!! Service is so-so but the happy hour is amazing. 99cent beers and $3 meats!
Awesome!. This place is cool because there is a grill pit in your table and you cook everything yourself. To start we had some coctails……..not very strong but definitely tasty! For dinner we had a little of everything……..veggies, beef, shrimp, and chicken. Every single thing came out awesome, the basil chicken melted in my mouth and the kobe beef had a great marinade. For dessert we had the smores and they definitely hit the spot ….. It was a little warm with all the grills going so I was glistening by the time I left but it was so good I will definitely be back!
All I have to say Is bad service.45 minutes for water?!the bar was way better..I enjoyed the peach illusion.
