Went here with some friends after an event.. I had the tri tip steak appetizer and it was equivalent to a meal. This place is famous for burgers and everyone I was with raved about theirs. Fun energetic environment.
Two friends and I went to the Tipsy Cow for drinks at happy hour and were waited on by an unattentive server named Levent. We had to ask for everything, he was not accomodating and borderline disrespectful. The bill came and I offered to pay with my CC and my friends offered to tip. I made sure that the tip was sufficient even though he didn’t deserve it-> 15%. Maybe he was having a bad day.??? Who knows??? Anyway when I get my bank statement, somehow he has added more money to the bill. No one else had motive to change the bottom line on the check but him… c’mon. It took me three emails and several weeks for anyone to address the issue; they refunded the overage and gave a wimpy apology. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! #cheaters #foodwasjustokay #badkarma
