I love this place.Chicken fried steak was excellent and was the best I’d ever had until they pulled it from the menu.The Shrimp and Grits are excellent. Top 20 no doubt.Chicken and waffles are really very good. Freshly pressed coffee at your table is great.The Biscuits & Gravy are excellent. Every time we come within 40 miles of this place we make plans to come for breakfast or lunch. It is worth the wait.They have a special table if you bring your dog, so all are welcome.

Great southern restaurant in the wine country in Sonoma county. I like breakfast the most however the shakes are the best here. The spicy fried chicken is the number seller for lunch and dinner.
So Sonoma! You want mimosas and eat off of white table cloths for breakfast – go back to Napa! THIS is more my style – great food at outside picnic tables while a freaking CHICKEN runs around! Good food, shady management?. I’ve always enjoyed my meals at the Fremont Diner. However, the word on the street is that the owners/ management treat their employees with unfair, undeserved disrespect. For a local establishment in the Sonoma/ Napa area they should realize that abusive treatment to their employees will not go unnoticed.
I came here while on vacation with my girlfriend and was impressed with all aspects of this restaurants – the atmosphere, the decor, the prices, the service and the food were all amazing. This place is the real deal, you haven’t been to Sonoma until you’ve gone to the Fremont.
