Poor Service. While returning to SF from Santa Rosa we made a side trip to Rocker’s for a burger (best burger ever!). Unfortunately we did not stay for the food. After waiting ten minutes at a table in the bar we still could not get the attention of the bartender or any wait staff. The bartender appeared too busy talking on her iPhone to even notice people waiting for menus, or to simply pay their tab. We moved to the dining area and spent another 5 minutes without any service. At that point we left for another place to eat in Petaluma.We have eaten at Rocker’s many times in the past and have always received very good service and terrific food. Unfortunately it appears that service is now ‘hit-or-miss’, and cannot justify the 20 mile detour from US101.
