Disappointment. Recommended by the hotel concierge at the Marriot Timber Lodge. The worst steakhouse! The New York steak at 35.95 which was tough and grissley. The rice pilaf tasted like it was from a box and the peppercorn sauce tasted as if it was flavored by beeef bouillion cubes. The halibut at 23.95 was dry (probably frozen) and the house salad looked and tasted like it came from a bag.Our drinks was served by a waiter with black dirty fingernails. For the price this is not worth the money.
Worst Steakhouse I’ve ever eaten. The worst steakhouse I’ve ever eaten. This place came highly recommended by our hotel concierge. Terrible. The only redeeming item we had was the cheese fondue, which was excellent. Down hill from there AND was a $150 dinner for four of us (2 children). We go to high end steakhouses all the time and we’d rather eat at Quincys/Golden Corral/The Sizzler than Lew Mar Nel’s.
