We were on a visit to Lake Tahoe,Reno.We were staying there for a day.Our hotel was close to Mc P’s taphouse grill.The reason we chose it was due to the live music and lively atmosphere.We were glad that we chose the place.We had a great time.It is a nice place,with outdoor and indoor seating and a bar as soon as you enter.It is an Irish pub.The music is good and they also have live music.We had Moscow mule cocktail for our drinks and the kids had lemonade.The drinks were pretty awesome.We had vegan burger,fries,Mac and cheese and jalapeo poppers to eat.It was the regular stuff,not too bad.The service was excellent.We had a great time and enjoyed the music too. megsblogged.com

We were here during off season, needed a place to watch the texans game and this was walking distance from our hotel. We had a few beers, split a salad and our waitress was very attentive and nice. The bar was not busy but steady considering we we’re hear early November. We enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food.
Food was so so, and the service was absolutely terrible.
Decent atmosphere. Irish pub meets mountian bar. The prices are decent. The food is the epitome of bar food. Although, the French onion soup was above par, the quality of the meat in my burger was questionable. The live music a.k.a singer/guitar player was entertaining. Not too loud. You are able to hold a conversation over the music. The wait staff was nice. The end.
Nice option. Nice outside seating area both on the main level and on the big upstairs deck. Small dining area inside upstairs and pool tables and a smaller area with a small bar downstairs. Decent sized bar upstairs in the indoor seating area.Dropped in for a party thrown by a group within the conference I was attending. They had open bar going and over 100 people there so the bar staff was busy. Pretty decent tap options with Firestone Walker Double Barrel Ale being the best. Bar staff were quick and friendly while dealing with the crowd. Didn’t have any food but it looked pretty decent. Will say that their is only room in either bathroom for one person at a time which can cause a good sized line when you have as many people there at once as we did. Nice place for a brew and a quick bite to eat.
