The food was delicious and the management was appreciable. Amazing atmosphere and the manager is very helpful to everyone. He gave us good guidance of the surrounding and also understands to deliver the right food at the right time.Definitely, NIKKI’S CHAT IS A MUST TO VISIT place at Lake Tahoe for Indian food lovers.
This is the only indian restaurant at south lake tahoe. I went for lunch today and opted for buffet. Buffet had decent variety. Food was quite bland, less salt and less spicy. Almost all dishes had almost similar spice; except for paneer mutter, naan and a pudding, I didn’t like any.
Great Indian food. Authentic Indian dishes and all time Anglo-Indian favourites. Try the Masala Dosa. The place is clean the staff seem friendly but a bit shy. The atmosphere could use some work but it’s really about the food! The only place to go for Indian food in all of Lake Tahoe.
It was a beautiful Friday afternoon when me and my friends decided to embark on the only Indian restaurant in the area. It’s a small family run restaurant. The customer service and politeness was definitely noteworthy. They have outdoor seating and the food was delicious and quite rich. Slightly on the bland side. Their kadai dishes were good and naan breads were fluffy and soft.The buffet is worth the money you pay. Had a good chat with the owner of the place. All in all, a good place in a beautiful locale.

The food was horrible and the service was not good. I payed 13 dollars for a lunch buffet and they never had enough food to keep the buffet full. Service was just not there never had water filled and could never find anyone to service my party. Dont recommend going here it leaves a bad taste in you mouth.
