Excellent dinner!. Between the genuinely warm service, outstanding food, and stellar wine list, Primos is a must for dinner while in South Lake Tahoe. My husband and I both had specials, which were phenomenal. He had Diver scallops with a lemon, white wine sauce served over creamy and perfectly cooked risotto. The scallops were so fresh the risotto absorbed the taste of the ocean! I devoured the homemade goat cheese ravioli in a pesto cream sauce. If you are in the mood for a glass of red wine I would highly recommend the Super Tuscan, a medium bodied red that pairs well with any dish.
