My husband and I read reviews on Yelp before trying Pho Anh and the worst thing we saw was people complaining about the small amount of bean sprouts they received. My personal experience was that the staff (family) was all very friendly! My husband doesn’t like the taste of ginger and got the beef stew pho. It was perfect. The broth was soo yummy! I am a big fan of #16 rare flank steak & brisket. We both think that they serve the perfect amount of bean sprouts and basil on the side neither of us used all the bean sprouts -and if you feel it’s not enough you can simply ask for more;)- we took my mother there who has never had pho and she loved it as well! Definitely one of our favorite spots in town. And they’re fast with the take out orders as well!
