I use to eat here twice a week when it 1st opened up in late 80’s til early 2000. This place gone down hill . today is 9/18/2017 . I felt like having a Filipino breakfast today so I decided to go there. There was 2 elderly couples sitting & eating. The server saw me sit down . I was there for about 5 mins n she never approached my table or at least give me eye contact to acknowledge I was there n she would be there in a few. the place was not busy at all .
