  Don’t. Wow. Just left, 7/23 at 9:02pm. Arrived just before 7pm. Took about 10 mins to get our menus. Another 5 for drinks. Got our appetizer, edamame 20 mins later. It was hot and was typical edamame. Had to remind her after 45 mins that we didn’t get our water. The place is very small and was extremely busy. People waiting outside the door. We saw several people come and go. Not once we were checked on. My husband asked the waitress(later found out it was actually her first day), how the food was coming. We got one of our sushi rolls after an hour. Then 15 mins later our second, finally our third arrived 10 min later. They were ok.We had ordered a few other foods, a ramen bowl and bento boxes. After an hour and fourth five minute wait, we had had enough. We were told another 3-5 mins. One bento box came out after 10 mins. The chicken wasnt very warm. At this point, I was done. After seeing more and more people come in and leave. My husband asked to cancel my ramen and anything that wasn’t in the process of being made. He asked for his to go. Another 20 mins passed. I was in the car at this point. The bill eventually came, she took the debit card. Then never came back. The card was sitting unattended on the counter for 5-10 mins. The food. I’m not sure how it tasted. But it most likely wasn’t worth this. I’ve had some bad service, but this, this is a whole nother level. No one cared and ended up paying full price, just because we wanted to get out of there. I’m stunned at how horrible this experience was. I feel bad for the two waitresses because you could tell they were over whelmed. Seems like a case of bad management. Won’t be returning, and will advise those to go there with caution. Maybe we went on a bad night, but wont be back to tell if it was or not.Ended up going to the bubble tea cafe a few stores down. I was extremely hungry by this point and wanted something besides the McDonald’s near by. They have very tasty drinks and Hong Kong waffles. Will be going back there. Even they were suprised about the bad experience.Idk. I’m still very much stunned on how bad this was. I’ve been all over the US and this was by far the worst dining experience. I was excited to get tonkosatu ramen. Didn’t get a chance to try it.Be weary.

  I was really surprised, i didnt spend that much money for a meal that was actually pretty good. Its a small place but id definetly eat there again
