  Background Music Horribly Punishing. I would very much like to complain about some of the type of background music you play in your restaurant especially during dinner time. The music that is very disturbing to me is when you play hard rock (or heavy rock) music. Its typified by a heavy use of aggressive vocals, distorted electric guitars, bass guitar, drums, and often accompanied with pianos and keyboards. Its loud and aggressive music. The vocals are growling, raspy and involve screaming and wailing and in a frequency range just above the normal voice register. The noise is horribly punishing!! This isnt the first time Ive complained to you about this type of music and yet you allow it to continue. Arent you listening? Do you care about your customers concerns? I dont mean you have to play coffin-like music, but the tempo of the background music is supposed to be a key component to the environment that a business wants to create.I suggest that the right sound to play in a restaurant that serves barbecue, especially Texas style barbecue, should be a mix of Texas country artists, with some Nashville country and a little bit of good ole rock n roll. The right kind of background music can set the tone for the overall atmosphere in your business. It can significantly affect how food tastes. In my opinion, when customers like the background music, it enhances their enjoyment of the flavor of the food. When they dislike the background music, it reduces their enjoyment. Loud and aggressive background music tends to move your attention away from the food and can distort your ability to fully enjoy your meal.PLEASE leave the raw sounds of hard/heavy rock music to the people still stuck in the 70s.

  Pretty good BBQ for a chain. No complaints at all about this chain. portions are hefty so be careful how much you order.
