Amazing Sandwiches!. Having lived in Santa Cruz/Aptos area as a child and now living in Tulsa, OK, it’s depressing how Oklahoma can’t come up with a great sandwich place such as Erik’s. Erik’s Deli is by far the freshest, best tasting sandwich I have ever eaten! The Pilgrim’s Progress is by far my favorite. The avacado and sprouts on turkey with that delicious wheat bread with the perfect amount of mayo… Omg!! It’s just amazing.
