Hotel food. They had a real pizza oven but the pizza wasn’t that great. Potato chips at happy hour were really oily. Caesar salad did actually have anchovies on it though so there’s that. Bartenders had to look up recipes for anything that required more than two ingredients
Was there for lunch with my colleague and her boyfriend last week for lunch around noon. Place was a bit busy and did not have to wait much. Had chicken kabob with rice and grilled tomatoes. Chicken was tender, grilled to perfection and tasted really good. I liked the rice too had it with dipping sauce as there was no side to it.Fax is definitely a good dining experience.
