Gyros Wrap (dish review). The Gyros Wrap from Robee’s Falafel is exactly what you won;ld hope for – layer upon layer of high caliber meat shoved in a delicious pita bun and topped with a cream sauce and nearly nothing else. At least, this is the way I tend to enjoy Gyros, with a lot of meat and a little condiments.24 Feb, 2012Robee’s Falafel (Middle Eastern/Mediterranean). Ah, the joys of falafel. I love few Middle Eastern treats like falafel (though sometimes I make mine with meat). Robee’s Falafel serves all the flavors of the region from shish to gyro. Friendly service staff and a nice, well kept booth help push this fledgling chain into the ‘like’ column. The food is decent, and the atmosphere electric, though waits are longer than average for this type of fast-service establishment. All in all, it is a winner, though, in a city and downtown district where so few are.Rating: 6.9/10 tasteperiod.blogspot.com
