The Tecopa Bistro is the latest interpretation of a Dinning location that has been continuously operated as a restaurant, eatery and Bistro for more than 25 years. The Daily operations and Chef duties are split between two chefs and Guest Chefs from around the world. We try to be fresh and creative with our dinner offerings Of house made culinary delights such as warm garlic and citrus olives, Hand crafted dressings,several varieties of hand made hummus, many variations of pesto, wild caught salmon, bean dishes inspired from around the world and fresh offerings straight from our garden, but also find a place on our menu for more standard lunch fare such as sandwiches,burgers,fries, pasta and Hand crafted Pizzas from our 800 degree ovens. We strive to be different and surprising as well as being inviting. On our door there is a sticker that was placed by our very much loved previous chef John that says "love people and feed them tasty food" we very purposely left that sticker even after renovation because we believe that to be a worthy goal. No matter what else can or will be said of this place and the people who work here the one true statement is that we make every dish with love and appreciation in our hearts.
