Terrible service. We waited an hour after ordering for our food and when it came it was cold. Our friends at our same table got their food 20 minutes before us, and we ordered together! Never hoing back there again!

Excellent – Gluten Free Experience. I just got the chance to eat at BUCA DI BEPPO in Thousand Oaks tonight, using their very nice laminated Wheat Free – Gluten Free Menu. The food was Excellent and the Waitress knew all about Gluten Sensitivity along with others who worked there. So, I had a very wonderful experience at this restaurant and would like tell others. So, that is why I am writing to you, so you may pass the information along Anyway, here is what I had to choose from:GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS:Salads: Mixed Green Salad Apple Gorgonzala Salad Chopped Antipasto Salad Mozzarella CapreseEntrees – Ask for all of the following not to be dusted in flour Chicken with Lemon Chicken Marsala Veal Marsala Chicken Saltimbocca Sides Green Beans Garlic Mashed Potatoes Italian Broccoli Romano Italian Sausage and Peppers Desserts *Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce (There is no crust) *You have to ask about the Cheesecake it is normally not on the Gluten Free Menu, but this one was because it was made Crustless, so no worry about Glutens. . . .My Choice was:1. Chopped Antipasto Salad2. Chicken Saltimbocca3. Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce, which I shared with my familyHere is the Addres:BUCCA DI BEPPO205 N. Moorpark RoadThousand Oaks, CA805.449.3688I did call ahead to ask them if they had a Gluten Free Menu and to see what their understanding was about eating Gluten Free. They were very helpful and understanding over the phone, and when I got to the restaurant they even remembered me from the earlier phone conversation and was ready to help me . So, I had a very wonderful experience with Bucca Di Beepo in Thousand Oaks. The Food and Service was Fantastic! I

Heavy Handed. Apple Walnut Gorgonzola salad was so salty we could not eat it. (Really… like a pound of salt.) Then we had the Eggplant Parmigiana and it was HEAVILY deep fried, was also intensely salty and overly sweet. We couldn’t eat that either. The good news: The server was excellent and the manager comped the entire meal, including our wine.

Visited the Thousand Oaks, CA location a few times for family gatherings of 8-10, and the service has been terrible every time. The food is average at best, and has arrived cold on occasion. This is a place that advertises to large parties, yet seems incapable of serving them. I’m talking about over one hour waits for food to arrive after waiting 20 minutes to order! This particular location must be very poorly managed, or they just don’t care. I gave them 3 chances to do it right, and they fell down every time… Even the Bucca lover in our family, always pushing to go there agrees. Thumbs down to the Thousand Oaks Bucca, way down.

Worst linguini and clams EVER. Only thing they have going good is their decorating.

Yummy lunch and service from a friendly server with the perfect touch for mixing up the perfect raspberry Italian cream soda. Bring a friend because the portion sizes are huge!
