Lucky to have this place with such great Ambiance, Chef and service GREAT for Parties too.. I was invited to an AMGEN party at this amazing restaurant hidden in Dos Vientos area of Thousand Oaks (10 minutes to Westlake). So glad I went, had the most delicious food and got to try so many things because everything was served family style on the table. I don’t know the names of the dishes they served because I didn’t see a menu, but EVERYTHING was outstanding. From the flatbread to the salad with quinoa and berries to a Risotto and a Salmon served with Lentils that was perfectly cooked and TASTY! For desert, I had an assortment of cakes and cheesecake which were all very good as well. Love their Martinis! Creative and its nice to see there is an incredible place to dine in the area! Santos, our server( sorry if I misspelled it), was very attentive. He may have been a manager as i saw him work the party and the room well.

Food was amazing! Chilean SeaBass with Lemon Butter Caper Sauce was delicious, Short Rib Brisket was outstanding and fall off the bone great! Appetizers we had a white pizza which had a perfect crust and medley of flavors! Their Quinoa salad was also a party in the taste buds! They make a mean short Espresso as well. You’ve got to try this place if you live nearby! The service was also attentive and better than one would expect in Thousand Oaks.21 Jan, 2015Local Table is a really Great Find!. Went to local table on a whim as we were visiting friends in Westlake and wanted a pretty atmosphere. Well, we hit the jackpot, not only did we have wonderful atmosphere, but the Food was spectacular and the service was like one would expect going into West Hollywood or Beverly Hills… Prices were reasonable too! We ate a veal Osso Bucco served over Risotto and a Chilean Sea Bass Special serves with a lemon butter caper sauce. Both were Outstanding. We started with Cesar Salad and Burrata and both were SPOT ON Delicious! We don’t eat dessert much but I’m sure the desserts were amazing as well.. The dessert case looked tempting. They also knew how to make a perfect short shot of Espresso. We will be back for sure!
