Freshly Made Soba and Udon. Hidden away in Torrance, California is Ichimiann Bamboo Gardens. It’s an unpretentious eatery which specializes in freshly made noodles simply served and packed full of flavor. Whether it is soba, udon, or a simple rice bowl that you are craving, Ichimiann will hit the spot!Parking is a bit tight since it’s basically street parking (I hate parallel parking by the way) and if you don’t keep an eye out for the establishment, it’s easily passed by!The presentation is simple and beautiful simultaneously. The flavor just can not be matched elsewhere. There’s nothing bland about this food at all, you won’t be disappointed by their udon or soba.
