A perfect all-American breakfast! The wait is lengthy but it’s totally worth it! A lot of variety, extremely generous portions and the perfect setting for brunching on weekends. I was in California for 4 days and I made sure to stop by this place for breakfast!
Extremely overpriced. 49er pancakes were not very good IMO. The buttermilk pancakes were much better but quite heavy and unpleasant consistency. Breakfast for two was $30 for 2 orders of pancakes, eggs, bacon, cranberry juice, and coffee. The OJ was $3.50. I can get a half a gallon for that price.

The original one is in Anaheim and is still the best. We have been to almost every Pancake House and it is still our favorite by far. Be warned that the wait on the weekends can be horrible. The apple pancake is like an apple pie & a cinnabon had a tasty baby.
These pancakes and French toast just melt in your mouth. The strawberries are incredible, oh, and the strawberry syrup is second to none.Add a wait time of under 2 minutes and that makes this the best pancake house in LA! IHOP BEATER!
Fantastic pancakes great food and service.
