This is the absolute worst restaurant experience I have ever had at a restaurant! We waited over an hour for our food. Once we had our food, every plate was ice cold. Then we asked to speak to a manager. The male manager (I wasn’t able to get his name) was speaking to another guest about the same thing told us he would have another manager come to our table. After about 15 minutes later a female manager named Jessica stomped by our table giving me a dirty look and shaking her head never stopping at the table went to the front of the restaurant. Then walked back to the back, still never speaking to us. I then went to the front of the restaurant to ask for her name and corporate number. I was then told I needed to leave the restaurant. She was calling the police. And was told she wasn’t going to be cussed at. I never cussed at anyone at this or any other restaurant. Jessica is the absolute worst manager. Completely unprofessional!!! I have ever come in contact with!!! The food was awful.Management is awful!!!! Do not bother eating here!!!
When this location opened I attended the soft opening and it was extremely busy. The first year or so it was still a great place for a good burger. The past year there has been a marked decline especially in the kitchen and hosts. On one daytime, past lunch rush, I was totally ignored by the hostess who was VERY concerned with her balloon tree, a waitress seated me and the food took a lllooonnnggg time arriving at the table. Recently I gave them a try once again, very disappointing. No hostess, seated by waitress and after llooooonnggg wait was given cold fries. I loved this place and now ….not do much.

Given its only a Wednesday night and a pretty slow one at that, I just can’t see why it’s taking so long. 30 minutes for drinks, over an hour for food and a server who hasn’t stopped by other than to take an order. Still waiting on our food. Disappointed, hopefully it won’t be like this next time.
