The food is excellent! We tried the Spicy Tamarind Shrimp and the Black Pepper Beef. Then we had the Sticky Rice with Mango for dessert. Could have used a more ripe mango for sweetness, but very good nonetheless! Excellent service too!

Good Thai Food. The food here was good and the service was decent but not extraordinary. We ordered sake with our meal. Unfortunately, it arrived luke warm and cooled off quickly. Sake should be served hot. The cost of our dinner was not quite worth the quality and quantity of the food. Nevertheless, I gave it a favorable rating. However, I will not be rushing back.

Delicious stuff. Great place to stop before a movie at the district.

Hmm. Not sure any Thai is worth more than $30 a plate. But it was good.

Superb Thai food. Thai Bamboo is a small but very attractive Thai restaurant right next to J.T. Schmidt’s at the District in Tustin. Went for lunch and the whole experience was great. Lunch specials starting at $8 include soup, salad, rice and entree. Completely filling meal for the price. Saw a number of people taking leftovers away. The preparation of the food was exceptional and the service very attentive. A very enjoyable experience.

Extraordinary Thai Food. Crispy softshell crab cooked in spicy mango sauce on a bed of shredded green papaya, you don’t find this wonderful dish from every Thai restaurant. It’s so delicious, we didn’t want to let go the plate until we cleaned up the sauce and papaya. Satay and Gai Pad Grapao (Garlic Chicken) were very good with rice. We had to pack the Pad Thai home and it still tasted very good the next day. Ambiance and decor are very nice and comfortable. Good service and manager Stanley is very friendly.
