Good food. Good south indian and spicy food.
Even the buffet is excellent. My wife and I have made a habit of visiting Bawarchi Dosa every few weeks. The basic buffet is better than most full service Indian restaurants, and the menu selection is unreal. Ever had a Masala Dosa? South Indian specialty. Want it spicy? No problem. Mysore Masala Dosa. If you do not know what to expect it it is a visual (and if Mysore probably gustatory) surprise. Every dish we have had here is simply better than anything we have had at any US restaurant (and better than most we had in Delhi). Some days we are the only obvious westerners in the place. That tells you how authentic this is.
