I had been dying to try this place, this location specifically because I heard it was beautiful–and it was. I also heard great things about the food and service– both rumors confirmed. Every dish was excellent and our waiter was fantastic. Super friendly, funny, and helpful. I love that they bring out samples to pair with your dish. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and as a very picky eater, I was beyond pleased with his recommendations. Definitely sit outside (they have heaters on the patio if you go during the chilly evening) because it’s so pretty and it does get pretty loud inside.

Great food and beer! Knowledgeable staff wrt the beer and menu in general. This place was a little difficult to find despite being given directions by hotel staff.

Great mac & cheese. Went there on a Thursday night (Cask night). Dinner for two around 630 or so. Got a seat overlooking the pond and gardens right away. Decided on the Dirty Bird Mac and cheese. Hands down the best mac & cheese I’ve ever had. Great food, beer, service and ambiance. Would definitely go back again.
Wednesday Meatloaf. Best meatloaf, try it, you won’t regret it. We’ll I lied, mom’s meatloaf is the best, but this meatloaf is sure darn close. Used to go to the office park and work some long hours, except on Wednesday. Also the pond and garden and the hidden nature of this Japanese inspired setting is very relaxing after work or anytime.
