Where’s the beef. Awaited 5 min. in bar area, no acknowledgement from staff. Asked girl at desk for booth in dining area and were immediately taken care of. Ordered bison burger ,must have run out! Ordered smash and stacked instead. Burger was tasty but first bite was nothing but bread. Either buns are too big or patty too small! Chips & guacamole is way overpriced …Not happy overall
Don’t be deceived by appearances, this place looks inviting but the bar area was stinky and unclean, service was slow, and the food was less than mediocre. I’m blacklisting this place, you would be wise to do the same.
Good apps, great place to watch a game
Chain. Burgers were quite good, but service was mediocre and microbrew just average. I would go back though, but just for lunch.
All-around the most poorly-run chain restaurant I have ever visited. Hostess told us 15-20 minute wait. After staring at empty tables that did not get bussed for over 30 minutes, checked on our table. It was supposedly being cleaned for us. We watched a guy clean it TWICE (kudos for cleanliness), and waited for the hostess to continue to check in customers . . . Finally seated, and waited a full HOUR for our food. It was only mediocre food, but if it would have been served in a timely manner, we might have loved it! Never again.
Average beer, below average food, bad service. The bar area gets pretty crowded for happy hour, but I think that’s mostly due to it’s location.
