Full disclosure: I love meat and prefer my vegetables in smoothie form, if at all. I came here to meet a friend expecting to hate every second of it. Imagine my surprise when I left stuffed and satisfied, with a new appreciation for tofu 🙂 I ordered the Bahn Mi Salad, which came with tofu covered in a deliciously sweet glaze! It was the perfect texture, crispy and firm. I also split the crispy cauliflower appetizer. It was good, but not great. (Whoulda thought I’d prefer the salad over something deep fried???) Overall, it was a surprisingly tasty meal, out of my comfort zone. I’ll definitely be back! thejewskimo.com
