Loved the Victoria Crowned Filet w/Blue Cheese. We had received as a wedding gift a gift card to use here. We finally got around to using it the one night. It was during the week and not many people were there. We got seated very quickly. They had a few promotions they were advertising. One of which was the Beach Bum Blonde Ale. I decided to try it, while my husband ordered Newcastle. Both were served very cold and were refreshing. As a splurge we got the Bloomin Onion. I wasn’t planning on having the appetizer, but we were both so hungry that I had a hard time resisting. For dinner I ordered the Victoria Crowned Filet w/Blue Cheese. It was very yummy. The Blue Cheese was crusted and baked on top of my center cut. I was surprised that Outback actually prepared my steak to a true Medium-Rare. Many times I ordered it this way because I know the steakhouse will overcook it beyond this point. But true to form, Outback was dead on. My husband enjoyed his Rare Prime Rib and Crab legs.14 Nov, 2008A Nice Surprise. We had a gift card to use here and had finally got around to using it. But true to form, Outback was dead on. My husband enjoyed his rare Prime Rib and and an extra side of Crab legs.It was nice to have this kind of meal. It was the first time I’d ordered steak at Outback. I’ll make sure to order it again.
