Among the best stops in Santa Clarita. Right off the 5 at Magic Mountain Pky it’s super convenient. They have a great plan for how to serve where you choose whether you want a bowl, a sandwich, a plate, or a salad, and then you choose your protein (TriTip, chicken, rib eye, tofu, salmon, etc) and then you choose which marinade you want it done in. Love the TriTip sandwich with yakaniku sauce. The spicy sauce is great too–I always get some of that to dip in. They make the sandwiches on bread that’s house made in their brick oven. It’s just fantastic. BTW, sometimes i’ll order the same sandwich with Scottish Salmon–Wow!
