This place is located between Van Nuys and North Hollywood! Ive always seen crowd here so thought should give it a try! And it was Awesome! Chowder with a tall glass of beer and squid rings is a must! I will definitely recommend this place instead of the long wait at the boiling crab! 🙂
I was looking forward to eating here. I saw it being built here in my neighborhood.I liked the concept, so I went for broke and ordered the lobster boil.As I cracked open the shells, and much to my disappointment, I found that all the meat had gone gelatinous.When a lobster dies, it’s system releases enzymes that break down its flesh.I had been given a lobster that was at least a day deceased when it was cooked.I chalked this up to ignorant cooks, accepted the managers apology and refund, and have been scared to go backas I travel past it on a daily basis.
