No sir, I don’t like it. 14…. No sir, I don’t like it.14 dollars is the price for a half o dozen oysters on the menu, actually is 24 on the check…. I was told it is because oysters are really expensive these days…. They should put mp on their menu at least
I was SO excited for the 1/2 priced Maine Lobster special on Sunday. However the portion is SUPER weak. I can’t believe they charge $80 for this on the regular menu. It’s great that happy hour is from 5pm to close everyday but be prepared for an option of 2 drinks only. Location is perfect. I’m a local…not sure I’ll come back.
Don’t believe the hype. Perfect example of people getting caught up in the crowd mentality. Overcrowded, lame drink specials, poor service and average food. Nuff said.
Chaya Venice. The menu is incredible it has something for everyone, I had the whole fish of the day, Blue nose Sea-Bass prepared Tuscan style. It was de-boned and stuffed with tomatoes, fennel and garlic and grilled until crispy. Tones of flavor and I really enjoyed the crispy skin and the Dijon mustard sauce served on the side. Our waiter Jeffery was great. Great food and atmosphere I’ll be back!JM
Hey, it’s LA….. Great food (bouillabaisse), terrific service, chic atmospher & the people-watching that you’d expect in LA.
AWESOME NEW HAPPY HOUR. This was my second time to Chaya. The sushi is always great. This second trip was even better than the first as they now extend their happy hour menu from 5pm until closing! Great menu, great drink and food specials. This is the perfect way to get sme good groceries at a great price.
Unimpressive…. I had heard great things about this place so I was excited to go…but alas they fell far short of expectations. Their Veggie Tempura came to the table hot and absolutely over-salted…it made it difficult to eat. I was also disappointed in the taste and quality of their vegetarian dishes. Definitely not returning here anytime soon…
