I went with friends to what we thought was the restaurant we had been to in July. In July it was a fun place with many choices of salads, bowls, and entrees. When we arrived we found an extremely small menu with high prices on entrees, with portions about the size of appetizers. We were told the meat was amazing and no one liked the meat as much as the Vegitarian choices. No menu was posted on the website so we felt betrayed by our experience and will not return or recommend this restaurant. However, the drinks and desserts were wonderful. It would be more honest to say they were a small plate restaurant then full service!
Great service, great food!. I am in town for a week and found feed body and soul my first night. I have since eaten there two more times, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner and fully intend to go back before i leave. food is fresh and delicious and really clean. service is friendly and knowledgable. atmosphere is warm and welcoming. absolutely incredible! can’t wait to go back.
Excellent…. We had a great meal last night at Feed. I have a gluten allergy and it was really amazing to sit down at a restaurant, not have to stress about what I can’t eat, and have so many choices. We had three spreads that were incredible, especially the sweet potato. My husband and I split the kale salad with oranges and apples (delicious) and we each ordered one of their bowls. The food was incredible, the salmon and the chicken both cooked perfectly. I would not order the dessert again. It’s really hard to do desserts without flour, sugar and I’m guessing butter. I read other reviews that really criticized Feed hard for their service. Maybe it was growing pains, because they were 100% not like that! When our table was delayed they offered us drinks, which we took them up on. We are huge foodies, which is a challenge now that I am gluten free; last week we were at a Michelin starred restaurant in Paris. I give them an A+ on everything but dessert, which was a C-.
Staff was snooty, they actually smirk when they turn you down at the front. We finally got seated and the food was pricey for the amount and quality.I don’t recommend it.
For a new establishment they thrive on being very standoff’ish. Never going back. The food was sub par. I’ve been to low end and Michelin rated restaurants:Atmosphere – A+Service – C+Food – CPrice – BAgain, if you are a new establishment, you will have to go out of your way I’d rather spend my money at Gjelina than to put my mouth on that sub par food.
