Their variety is great especially considering the fact they have a French toast bagel and menu items other than bagels. I tried the everything bagel which was loaded with seeds and onion but it was a little too salty with the herb cream cheese lauracraves.com
Poorly Managed. This is the worst run place ever. I don’t get it. The chain is usually fine, but not here. The employees are dazed and confused half of the time. They ask repeated questions, get the orders wrong, and if you have a problem with something they get bent out of shape. I mean really, like changing the type of cream cheese or something. Weirdly managed, uncomfortably set up. Cashier ends up making your food after touching the machines. The outgoing cashier makes coffee while you wait to pay your bill. The area for the coffee is for Tom Thumb. This place stinks. It needs a complete makeover, but mainly the management and staff.
