Great food, but wine-less. Would’ve loved my meal with some equally tasty wine, but even so, it was fantastic! Love the black beans side.
Must have the super breakfast sandwich with sunny aide up eggs. Ridiculous!!!!
Very fresh food, patio seating, free cookies w/the check at the end of the meal. Awesome Pomegranate lemonade. Good eats all around.
Awesome Chopped Salad!. My boyfriend and I have walked past this place a dozen times before we finally decided we needed to check it out. So glad we did! The chopped salad with tons of crispy delicious bacon on top was to die for! Other than the bacon the main thing that tied this salad together was the tangy balsamic-based vinaigrette. For such a simple salad, they definitely took it to the next level. I started my meal off with a cup of tomato soup which was just the right blend of creamy and tangy and I liked that they served it in a large mug which was the perfect portion size. Can’t wait to go back and try out other items on the menu.
Excellent fresh food and creative menu. The owner is a very cool guy, he takes trips to the farmers markets and bases his menu on what is fresh. I will definitely be back!
Dig this place not just for the locale but for the forward thinking of the owner sussan. He wants to keep the local small farmer in business, he gets as many organic ingredients ad he can find and he clearly loves what he does. It shows. Service was great and the prices are incredible.
Good food, Poor service. 2nd time food has been very very slow. This time it took almost 45 minutes from the time of sitting to getting my BLT!! A BLT….really? The whole table had to wait a very long time for their food. No apologies or acknowledgment from the staff. Mysteriously, others that had been seated after us got their food well before us. Perhaps they knew the deal and pre-ordered? Who knows…but the staff seemed to not care at all how long we were left sitting there. When one of us mentioned something to a waitress we were able to corner, there seemed to be an inordinate amount of apathy. The other issue we had was the smell. I realize maybe they don’t have control over the air quality sitting outside…but in this case it was the most putrid garbage smell permeating the outside seating area. We overheard a person at another table requesting to be moved because of it…the waitress’s response was unapologetic. Food was ok, but not worth all these ‘extras.’ If you do go here, be sure to pre-order and either take the food away, or eat inside.
