A Little Heaven. The main location (not Oak View) is situated amid orange groves and the picturesque Ojai hills. This family-style Italian restaurant offers delicious, locally-grown produce, and friendly service. Everything is delicious at Bocalli’s, my favorites are the pasta primavera (with home-grown veggies), and their pizza. Their incredible strawberry-shortcake will amaze you! It is well worth the price for the unforgettable, towering dessert! Perfect for a date or with friends and family.
Family style outdoor seating at the far east end of Ojai valley. Nice staff. Good and large portions! I suggest splitting / ordering only a few plates. Cash only.

One of My Favorite Restaurants. The atmosphere isn’t stuffy or fancy, but all the food is really good. The key to good Italian food isn’t dirty tricks but simply fresh ingredients and Bocalli’s has that. If you are a lover of vegetables, I suggest trying their pasta primavera and literally taste the terrain around you. You can also go to the side and get some of their amazingly ripe tomatoes (and whatever veggies are in season) to bring home. Yum!
Phenom. One of the best restaurants in Ventura County. Great food, service is usually kinda weak though because they are always so busy. But the food makes up for it. Love the pastas epsecially the carbonara, get the sauteed mushroom appetizer, and save room for the strawberry short cake at the end. Only down fall to this place is the lack of credit cards or ATM. Remember to bring cash, and always bring more than you think you’ll spend. The nearest ATM is back in town which is a 10 min drive away.
