Pho Lucky is by far the best tasting Pho I have found in Southern California!
A mom and pop Vietnamese diner with inexpensive but good food. Order the noodle soup dishes as it is there forte. The egg rolls are good as well. Service isn’t the best but I think the good food far outweighs the service issue. And they have been getting better about the service as well.
