7/10. Pricey. On Saturday, December 12, 2009, two of us had dinner in the bar at El Calijon. The chips (although a little greasy) and salsa were very good (8/10). My first original marguerita tasted like soap (1/10) and they replaced it. The second original marguerita was good (7/10) but pricey at $9 a glass. The tortilla soup with chicken was good (8/10) but pricey at $8.50. The shrimp taco plate (no tacos; but 3 flour tortillas) contains shrimp, rice, and refried beans (7/10). Although our experience was a 7/10, the best bet is bar area during happy hour M-F 3-7pm.
