We ate at this restaurant couple of times. The food was good and the service was reasonable. Then we ordered online for a gathering in our house. That’s when the disaster started. When I went to pick up the order, the food wasn’t ready. I had to wait 35 minutes for the order to be cooked and packed. When we opened the package, one side of the kabobs were burnt and the other side half-cooked. The rice was mushy and looked like somebody has shoved the rice in a hurry. We were embarrassed in front of our guests and did the best we could with what we had. Being a franchise, I thought there would be some quality control and uniformity of the food. I guess I was wrong. I do not recommend this place to anybody.
This place was a lifesaver when I was in LA all by myself for a training. Their Paninis and salads were always fresh and just what I wanted. The service was always friendly, but it was a busy place during the lunch hour so give yourself extra time!
Pleasantly Surprised 10/15/2014. I have seen this restaurant for years and thought it was a sandwich Cafe. Recently I went with a friend and was so surprised how great the food was!!! I ordered a filet mignon shish Kabob and it was done perfectly! I have been back 3 times. It is always packed and I can see why…..Food is great!!!Carol
We have been regulars for several years (since they opened) Food is always good and hot. Service has been fast and always friendly. Never a bummer.
Never Again Will I Eat There. Food is just a cut above really bad. Over priced with rude and slow staff. Just my opinion, but I won’t ever go back. McDonalds breakfast would be a step up.
WOW!. Went in to what I thought was a sandwich cafe and found some of the be Mediterranean food I’ve ever had!! I’ve been back about 6 times in the last 3 months. You must try this place!
