Horrible. I came her one night after dinner, sober, at 7:30pm, just wanting to shoot some pool. The security man wouldn’t let us in because we had been drinking. WE HAD NOT. We were wearing these stupid mini sombreros for National Margarita Day, so he probably just assumed. By the way, refusing service based on unconventional attire is illegal. We displayed no behavior that would be reason to suspect intoxication.
Better places to watch the game. I went to the Rack to watch the Dodger game on Sunday with my Wife. Both of us ordered burgers and both were undercooked. (Raw red in the middle) I had to send it back to the kitchen. But the Service was so relaxed we had to take both plates to the bar since it was only place staffed. I think the same mentality is in the kitchen. After the both burgers given back to us. I believe that it was a rubber texter and felt it was reheated in the microwave. But I could have been discourage because the experience. My wifes burger was fine after the reheat. Food quality was so.. so… McDonalds quality. Fries were oily and seem to be left out. My wife had a salad and the lettuces had rot and veggies appeared to be old to match. .My suggestion is to move to other sports bar in the area. This was not up to par. Please use cautions when order with red meat or just have a beer in a bottle at least you know what you are getting.

The baby back ribs are to die for! Most of the staff has been there awhile so your always gonna find a friendly familiar face. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a quick bite before a movie or a couple games of pool…I like the place.
This place is great!!. The food is consistently good — and the owners are incredibly friendly. I love going here with my friends for drinks and a bite to eat and would recommend it to anyone! The other reviewer hasnt been here in a while, but its worth checking out again – there is a reason why its almost always packed!
The Rack is a Wreck. I ate at The Rack in Woodland Hills recently and was very disappointed. The restaurant is cheap; no dressing on salads and bread costs extra. If you do ask for dressing, you’ll receive about two teaspoons. The service does not make up for the food shortcomings. They will bombard you when you sit down, then ignore you after you receive the meal, when you might actually need something, like a glass of water with your expensive wine? Afterall, it reaches in the 100’s in Woodland Hills and the least they can do, since they cut back in everything else, is give a customer a glass of water. The worst part is that the hostess was really rude. Then the guy who usually says thanks when you leave said nothing when I left, although I’m pleasant and leave good tips. The message was never, ever ask for something extra. It was a horrible experience and I won’t be back.
