Fantastic!. This restaurant is amazing. I went there, with a large group and they are attentive and friendly. The pace of the dinner was just right. We were not rushed, at all. We started our wonderful meal with a full spread of mezze (traditional appetizers), which were a meal in themselves. I thought that was the meal. Then, the main course came to the table. Oops. The main course was shikabob, rice, salad and an amazing sesame seed bread. The meal was ended with plates of Armenian sweets. This meal was amazing and I look forward to going back, very soon. Go there because the food is amazing, but also because it is a family owned, non-corporate restaurant, which is really nice.
Home Sweet Home. My Sister and I were in the Disneyland area the other day looking for a nice quiet place to have lunch. We just happened to be driving down Katella ave. when my sister miraculously saw this place tucked behind a Hair Salon. We weren’t sure if the place was opened but we decided to pull in anyway and take a look. I’m more than glad we did.We walked in and were greeted by a incredibly nice young lady who gave us just the right amount of service and made us feel right down at home. We started our meal with the Appetizer Combo which gave us a variety of different things to sample from. The Tabbouleh was out of this world Dynamite! I had to order an extra side of it to take home with me. My sister had the Dolmah Combo and I had the Kebab Combo. The Lulah kebab was my favorite and I’ll probably order the Lulah plate next time I come back, which I’m predicting will be very soon and often. When we were done with our meal the waitress brought us some complementary baklava and sesame cookies, the perfect end to our meal. The Family running the place were very friendly and made us feel like we were eating in their home. I strongly recommend giving this place a try. I most definitely will be coming back again and again.
