If you love French cuisine or just trying it out for the first time this would be the Hot Spot of choice. Bistro Bleu showcase a remarkable menu displaying all of the French Classic dishes without overpowering the flavors that could be clearly done. Bistro Bleu entrees are spectacular, well thought out and classic. This restaurant can get a little pricey but believe me it’s worth every penny. Customer Service can be a little challenging at times but it will pass. There’s plenty of parking being located in a strip mall. Great place to enjoy a French meal. letseatwithalicia.com
Beyond WOW!. Tried Bistro Bleu for the first time today. Had a sumptuous meal that I am still raving over. The duck pate was a perfect starter and their daily soup (carrot/ginger cream) had me smiling. My very first coq au vin was a surprise because they usually only have it available for dinner. Chocolate and hazelnut cake for dessert topped it all off beautifully.Our server was sweet and gracious. The atmosphere inside the main dining room left me feeling relaxed. I love the dark colors and special French touches.Truthfully, I have read the negative reviews and I’m left wondering where these people really ate at. Our meal was flawless and we can’t wait to go back. I’ve already told several people about this place and am making plans for a larger group get-together. Make sure to go when you have time. Cuisine like this needs to be savored, not rushed.

Bistro Bleu disappointment. After looking at their website and reading a few reviews on yelp we decided to give it a try.The food looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Our breaded mushrooms were very overcooked, I would of sent them back but after waiting 30 minutes ,we just cut away the overcooked bread and just ate the mushrooms another 40 minutes passed before we got out main course and the waiter forgot the bread with our meals. To get our drinks refilled I had to raise my voice to get someones attention ,way too much onion in the food. Service rated at a F The food was a B to B+
