Grumble Grumble Grumble YUM!. This place is fast casual if you dine in. Meaning someone will come take your order and deliver your food and handle any needs, but payment is still done afterward up at the counter.Their chips and salsa are great, BUT be forwarned their homemade fresh flavorful salsa is muy chilosa…that’s HOT to you gringos out there. Your tastebuds will be awoken by it. The chips seemed to be made in house as well maybe. They are on the thinner side, but still very crunchy!I’ve only had two of the meats here… the Carne Asada which is great. It has nice flavor and texture with no gristle and their most awesome Al Pastor or BBQed Pork. I’ve tried Al Pastor at many places and this is no joke hands down call the Tequila whistler guy the best Al Pastor I’ve had anywhere. It proved to be a little bit sweet, savory, and a tad sweet all at the same time. It’s seriously like a Mike Tyson punch to your tongue of flavor!Service is very friendly by everyone and they do a great job of keeping the place looking immaculate. Their palate is of the warmer fall colors and very simple, but it is a far cry from drab or dated!There is also plenty of parking in this strip mall lot.Right across from the Anaheim Brewery so bonus!
