I have been a faithful and loyal customer of mexi-casa for over ten years…but after my recent experience..I won’t be back. I am a waitress and occassionally a customer will find a hair..that’s just the way it is BUT I had three in mine and my sons food….I am replused by their obvious disregaurd for sanitation.

Decor 1970, not updated. which is one reason why prices are surprisely low and one can afford to eat there at will..
Dive. This place is an absolute dive, and a time-warp as you walk in the door. However, it’s a family staple for many Anaheim natives, including my mom’s family, who have been coming here for over 30 years just for nostalgia and perhaps the irony of the restaurant itself. The chile verde is your best, and safest, bet.
Went to this place on the way to Disneyland. Buddy told us it’s an Anaheim institution and took a friend there that didn’t like it. I like to make my own conclusions. We walk into this place and it’s some ugly smoke scented dive that was transformed into a restaurant. We order our food and it comes out in under five minutes,…… Now for a Restaurant, that’s great. I taste means and they’re extremely bland. I move on to the rice and it’s just as poor. I drop some salt and pepper and it doesn’t help. The enchilada was even worse. Not only is it bland, but stale and stiff. The taco was the best part,… I almost ate half of it. I put my plate aside and threw in the towel. My rating: D. Worse Mexican food ever. Nasty and never again.
