Awesome fresh sushi. I came in just as they opened but it got pretty busy around noon. The salmon collar appetizer was dripping with the melted fat you expect from fish collars. I next had the spicy tuna roll. Nice mild heat and quality tuna. I ordered yellowtail and albacore sushi. The pieces were huge and the fish was excellent. Finished up with the firecracker roll. It was basically a spicy tuna roll with tempura shrimp and a crunch topping. Flavor was good except for something sweet in it that I didn’t like. It was described as very spicy. I didn’t get a lot of heat out of it except for the fried jalapeo garnish that nailed me. Overall an excellent meal. I’d normally dock a sushi restaurant for poorly seasoned sushi rice, as I’m a bit of a sushi rice snob, but the quality of the fish most certainly overcame that. Hands down the freshest sushi I have ever had. For anyone concerned on price it is very reasonable. You could easily get lunch for 15 bucks.

Hands down the most delicious, biggest, cheapest, freshest sushi we have ever had! And everyone there was so friendly and had great customer service! We will definitely visit again before we leave for Pittsburgh on Saturday!
