Excellent Customer Service too!!. It happened some time ago. We checked with the hostess and the waiter to make sure they had Chicken Pot Pie. The waiter told us they ran out of Chicken Pot Pie 10 minutes after we placed our order. We were really mad of course. The manager apologized and offered us a free dinner (entrees and apetizer), a free pie to take home when we refused free dessert. We left a good tip (50% of the meal) and we felt so special even we only accepted two free entrees. Manager Fernando made MC one of my favorite restaurants forever.
Excellent Customer Service. I was here a few weeks ago to attend a birthday dinner. There were only five adults and two kids in our party. So not exactly a huge group. We were seated within 20 minutes. Not bad for a Saturday during the dinner rush.We sat down and perused the menu. We had an appetizer and ordered our entrees. The waitress was really good in refilling our beverages. None of us really felt that we weren’t getting our food quickly. Then all of a sudden as they are serving our plates, the manager comes out and apologizes for the amount of time we’ve had to wait for our meal. She offers to give us a free pie to take home or they would comp our dessert if we ate there. Since this was a birthday dinner and we were planning to order pie to take home, we just requested the free pie.All of us were amazed by that. None of us had complained at all about why it was taking so long for us to get our food or anything. The staff just felt they could have done a better job in serving us. I thought that was really great of them. That’s great customer service and they can have my business anytime.
