Ask for the spicy seafood ramen! The seafood is fresh, real crab legs, mussels, jumbo shrimp and scallops. Broth was savory but not overlay salty. The noodles themselves were just ok but the broth and seafood made up for it. Gyoza dumplings were tasty too!
Great raman. We started it off w/ mushroom/shrimp tempura and we were full into the night. I had pork rib raman so tender, even the tendon is like gelatin. So much pork i could not eat it all! Milky smooth ramen broth, and lots of sturdy noodles. Wifey had spick pork ramen, with same nice broth. We were stuffed and food was good.

Busy. My favorite is the ajisen ramen. It is the least expensive ramen, and it has a simple and true taste. If you want more meat, go for the BBQ pork ramen which includes additional pieces. It’s nice that everything on the menu has a picture. Go after 2pm to avoid the large lunch rush. Waiters/waitresses always do their best despite the sometimes grumpy customers. Oh! And the shaved ice at Ajisen is better than the one at Guppy House across the street. The fried chicken is satisfying, and the croquette with kupi mayonnaise is perfect!
Better than Santouka. Other than the fact that the ramen Ajisen makes is probably way different than authentic Japanese ramen, it’s really tasty. The broth is always steaming hot, and the accoutrements (corn, chives, green onions, sliced pork) add superb flavor. The noodles are cooked perfectly. Not the BEST ramen I’ve had, but it’s good. Better than the overrated Santouka
Good, but pricier than other places. I guess any time you go out for ramen you are going to think its expensive compared to making it yourself. Bowl was huge, broth was good, really didn’t need much additional flavoring except the dry red spice to liven it up a little. I was either really hungry, or there wasn’t much in my bowl, because I sucked it down in less than 5 minutes it seemed. 2 bowls, no drinks, $22 with tip.
LOVE IT!. I just cant get enough of it!before you know it … its gone
